Terms and conditions as per below:
1.Item(s) are sold at the first come first serve basis.
2.Really appreciate non fussy buyers. Kindly refrain from placing orders if
you are expecting the items to be 100% perfect.
3.No exchange/refund is allowed.
4.For item send, we will not responsible for any lost during delivery.
5.Reservations can only be made for a maximum of 48 hours.
NO last minute back outs or cancellation will be entertained.
6.Customer is responsible for shipping fees unless stated.
7.Shipping will only be done on weekdays (Monday-Friday) except on public holidays. I will let you know if
there will be any delay or arrangement as such public holidays fall on weekdays.
8.Cash on delivery can be arrange base on appointment made at our place.
